Our church will host a public prayer vigil on October 12 at 5 pm at 201 South Main Street in Mars Hill.

On October 15 at 11:15 am, we will host our first Preschool Sunday since 2019. We’re excited to worship alongside the school’s students, teachers and families. We will also host our monthly fellowship luncheon on this date.

Serena McMillan, Ph.D., Assistant Chaplain at Mars Hill University will preach on October 8 at Mars Hill United Methodist Church.

Following Blue Ridge Pride Week and the Blue Ridge Pride Festival, we will host a Pride Eucharist on October 1 during our 11:15 am worship.

United Women in Faith will meet October 10 at 2 pm at the church to make plans for the upcoming Christmas Bazaar.

Our September Missions of the Month include Mars Hill’s Little Free Food Pantry and the Ebbs Chapel Food Ministry. Learn how you can support this way to love and serve others.

Join us September 30 for a very special procession through the Asheville during the Annual Welcoming Procession at Blue Ridge Pride + the Blue Ridge Pride Festival.

In preparation for another successful school year, the teachers at Mars Hill United Methodist Church Preschool began a playground toy drive. Our church showed generosity by purchasing items form their wishlist and the school has expressed their gratitude.

Our sister church’s Apple Butter Festival is back this year -September 23, from 8am until 2pm in Ebbs Chapel next to Bright Hope Laurel United Methodist Church.
