God, you have gone before us and made us anew before we ourselves understood what we needed. You have made us in your image and called us beloved. We ask that you be with us as we stumble and strife in this world. That when we put on our old ways that you will be there to help us back up. Until we are made to perfection, we will strive towards it. With great joy, God grants us new life and forgiveness of sin.
