One: Loving God, Your watchcare over us is unending.
Many: Even though we often forget You,
One: You have not forgotten us.
Many: Even though we do not understand You,
One: You have not misunderstood us.
Many: Even though we lose faith in You,
One: You still see goodness in us. Though we have not lived up to what we know You desire from us, You love us still.
