Important Update: Candlelight Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Worship

We hope you are staying safe and warm.
This weekend's Winter Storm has left Mars Hill United Methodist Church without running water. As a result, we are only hosting our joint in-person worship with Bright Hope Laurel United Methodist Church on Christmas Day with NO Sunday School. This worship service will continue at 11:15 am at Mars Hill UMC. Restrooms will only be available for emergencies and bottled water will be available if needed.
We welcome you to worship in-person with us on Sunday and encourage you to plan accordingly and know you are welcome to worship alongside us online.
Our joint Candlelight Christmas Eve Communion Service will continue as scheduled - both in-person and online tonight at 7 pm at Bright Hope Laurel United Methodist Church.
We’re excited to spend Christmas with our sister congregation from Bright Hope Laurel United Methodist Church, located in the Wolf Laurel & Ebbs Chapel communities of Mars Hill.
