Plant Sale Coming to Mars Hill in May

If you have plants that are ready for dividing or wish to donate for the annual sale, you may bring them anytime during the first week of May and place them on the bench under the covered walkway.

On Sunday, May 7, those wishing to take home a plant/plants may make a donation.

Trash & Treasures Sale to Return in 2024

The United Methodist Women’s Annual Trash and Treasure and Plant Sale will not take place this year. In the past these are some of organizations that have benefitted from our sale:

  • Neighbors in Need

  • My Sisters Place

  • Haywood Street Homeless

  • Mt. Olive Cemetery

In order to continue our community support we are suggesting that individuals make a monetary donation to continue the work. Should you feel moved to do so, please make checks payable to Mars Hill United Methodist Women and place in the offering plate.
