Join us for a very special procession through the city of Asheville during the Annual Welcoming Procession (Parade) at Blue Ridge Pride and during the day on September 21 at the annual Blue Ridge Pride Festival.
Blue Ridge Pride wants the world to know that the majority of people and organizations across Western North Carolina aspire to be a community that is truly welcoming and affirming. And, Mars Hill United Methodist Church will join other many other faith communities, groups, families and friends for a half-mile walk in downtown Asheville. Can you join us?
This procession is for everyone – not just members of the LGBTQ community. Blue Ridge Pride seeks a community where all are welcome to work, shop, and congregate as their authentic selves – regardless of their race, ethnicity, sex, disability, class, sexual orientation, gender identity, or religion.
